Getting Sick

I do not like being sick these days. My Norman needs me more and when he has to wait on me I feel guilty. Monday I had a nasty fall and hurt my hip, head, and left are all because I wanted the put bird seed in my feeders so the birds would not have to go some where else and look for food. Anyway I was caring a very heavy container in my left hand and using my right hand to throw up into an upper branch that has openings on all sides, but what a surprise my underhanded throw isn't what it use to be. And down I went, I guess I was so mad I couldn't even laugh about it. Oh and yes it would have made a good home video for funnest people but think God it wasn't as bad as it sounds. Thank you for letting me share. Good health to all. Auntie Pam

Getting Older

I never realized just how much section parts of the body get older as you do. I found out not to long ago I have rheumatoid arthritis in my right knee and not it is in my right hip. Believe me it really hurts when it rains and the only medicine I was given is called Meloxicam and it really does work on the areas it needs to. You know I really don't feel old and my hobby's haven't suffered from having this. I laugh just about every time I talk to me Dad about it cause he is a true believer in taking the Tylenol arthritis and it stops all his pain. He has is in quite a few places and that does not stop him from anything. I guess you really have to get use to it. It has been raining here for about a day 1/2 here and this morning I decided to feed all my wonderful birds that come to see me everyday. Anyway I was going to throw a few on the ground for some of the birds who like to kick the dirt around for worms. To make a long story short my underhand throw just isn't what it use to be cause it throw me right to the ground and on my right side. I sure was glad it was still dark cause that was about the funnest thing I ever done, but it wasn't to funny till after I cried for a while. Well God Bless you all and stay safe and please stay in good health.

Family

Family, reather it be in-laws, step brothers or sisters, I seam to have a few of all. It is really hard when you find out that a member of your family has passed away and it is harder to find out two (2) months later that they are gone and you didn't even get to wish they a safe journy or pray they go to a place of peace. My step-father passed Dec. 31, 2008 and just now finding out kinda hurts. So what do you do. I have tryed to call several persons and I have gotten no response. My mother Betty passed way back in 1974 or so and sense then my family hasn't really tryed to contact me. I spoke to my step father about 3 years ago and I knew he was very ill, he told me or he promised me he would some how have someone advise be if things got worse, but that didnot happen. I have a wonderful step-brother who is very smart and should have let me know if there was any thing I could do to help with arrangments. But I haven't to this day heard from him. My half sister, witch that was her father, just tryed to comtact me and my brother (full brother)and so I call him to find out what is going on. He said our sister was so druged up that he really didn't know what was going on. I trully belive she was more worried about what money he was leaving her so she could use it for her habit, but God bless her so wasn't in formed of anything. Maybe Lance (step-brother) will call me soon and let me know when in May my step-fathers ashes will be put where he wished. God bless all my family and I paray I heard from them soon.
