Trip Update

First of all my mothers broken leg has turned out to be not bad so the small cast she is wearing has allowed her to move around better and so I get to do things and not stay in the house with her all the time. I am planning on leaving the end of this month and I am so excited cause I will get to see my niece who I haven't seen in several years. She is selling her house and I might buy it cause it really sounds nice and is so close to what Norman and I would like to retire in and it will put us like in the middle of his family and my family so it would be only a few hours both ways if we needed to go there in a hurry. Well I will up date more later cause I will be adding pictures of all our grandsons 3 of them are in Florida right now for spring break and won't be home until Saturday so next week I will get to spend time with them. EXCITED, EXCITED

Trip

This is going to be short and sweet. I am on the road now to Chattanooga, TN to help out my Mother who has broke her leg. It's not going to be all work and no play cause I will get to see all the Grandsons and our two older kids. But first, I do cut my trip in half and stop over at my in laws in Augusta, GA and see our Great nephew and his mother who is at any time now going to have her second son and boy is she big. I have a feeling by the time I head back to Myrtle Beach she will have the new baby. I really am excited for her, I do believe she is the first so called in-law who has stayed honest to me about things she feels and has allowed me to really feel like a aunt to her. Family is wonderful and I will never stop saying just how much.
Anyway it is about 8:30 a.m. I am about to head on to Chattanooga. I will write more of my adventures later.

My Father

Today is my fathers birthday and there is a little sadness in my heart knowing he is getting older. Well so do I on my birthday, but that doesn't make me sad. My father has made his life an everyday adventure. From swooping cars for boats, boats to a large black car that had running panels on each side and I would play in the car with my friends that we were in a mob and we would take turns being the driver and the Big Boss. It really was fun. Then he traded the car for a pop up camper and we would go camping at least every other weekend. Now that was real fun and the first time I ever caught my first fish. No matter what we cooked while we were camping the food always tasted better. Well then he traded the camper for a Harley Hog that he let me drive it around the house and on the road in front of our house. I really couldn't go to far cause he let some air out of the tires just to make sure. With the hours he worked they were called swing shifts. On the weekends he didn't work we would leave like on a Friday evening and go spend a few nights in Florida, that was the best trade he make. Well Dad Happy Birthday and many more to come.
